The key to a successful business: Learn to Delegate
I was raised that, "If you want something done right, you have to do it yourself." I tried that. I failed hard.
There comes a time in every leader's life when they realize...you cannot do it all. (Nor should you try to, and most importantly, you should NEVER let anyone make you feel like that's what's expected of you.)

Time Management.
The second you learn to take back your time, is the second you gain control of your life.
"I aim to always hire someone who is better than me, at the job they are applying for."
This has been a life changing, humbling, and by far one of the most humbling realizations, along with being one of the most helpful determinants to my time management skills.
Instead of reinventing the wheel, hire out some of the more time-consuming tasks that aren't your greatest passions or strong suits.
